At the MTB Ride Extreme Finale Ligure school you will learn driving techniques and an overview of MTB mechanics.
The topics of the courses and lectures are:
- Position in the saddle;
- Tackle technical climbs and descents;
- Management of relationships and balance in demanding situations;
- Suspension set up.
Possibility of complete packages with lessons, MTB guide and bike shuttle rides.
Courses for obtaining the 1st level Master Instructor certification with recognition of the C.O.N.I.
The courses last 28 hours.
The lessons are theoretical and practical and also include general notions on the C.S.I. and on the C.O.N.I.
The disciplines are: cross country, free ride, enduro and eBike.
The topics covered are: mechanics, cartography, use of GPS.
The course also includes First Aid training.
The courses are organized with a minimum of 8 participants, even from different groups.
An official C.O.N.I. certificate is issued.
The MTB school of A.S.D. Ride Extreme Finale Ligure

The C.S.I. (Centro Sportivo Italiano) is a Sports Promotion Body recognized by the C.O.N.I. in the field of training in the mountain bike sector.
In collaboration with the C.S.I. We form the figures of:
1st level instructor - Mountain Bike and e-Bike Instructor, Guide and Cycle Guide.
The School was founded in 2019 and in recent years has distinguished itself for the high quality and professionalism expressed in the organization of courses for the training and specialization of highly professional figures.
The school is made up of a staff of professionals such as: doctors, athletic trainers, nutritionists, traumatologists, rescuers, GPS experts, mechanics and above all by bikers with experience since 1995, expert in the organization of mountain bike activities aimed at all groups of age and gender.
